The 5 attitudes
At the core of the Synergy Team Framework lies a fundamental shift from traditional team structures: the emphasis on attitudes over fixed roles. This approach recognizes that individuals naturally gravitate towards certain behaviors, contributions, and ways of thinking, which are referred to as “attitudes”.
Unlike conventional models that assign rigid job titles, the Synergy Team Framework understands that people are not static; instead, their contributions are fluid and situational, adapting to the specific context, challenges, and the composition of the team at any given moment. This means an individual might embody a “Strategist” attitude in one project, focusing on long-term planning, but naturally shift to a “Harmonizer” attitude in another, prioritizing team cohesion and conflict resolution .

The framework identifies five core attitudes, which are emergent qualities recognized through self-identification and peer acknowledgment, rather than being assigned labels:

This human-centric approach aims to unlock higher performance, reduce friction, and create more engaged and resilient teams across any industry.
